1. “How many service attempts do you do?”
For Process Serving, A2B offers service for 1 day, containing 3 attempts. These attempts consist of knocking on doors, ringing door bells, talking to neighbors/customer service, Etc. Each attempt is different and with all 3 attempts combined taking 10-45min onsite.
2. “What are your service areas?”
For Process Serving, areas to include are: Thurston, Pierce, Lewis, Mason, and Grays Harbor Counties.
For all other services, areas to include are: Thurston, Pierce, Lewis, Mason, King, Pacific, Grays Harbor, Cowlitz, Clark, and more!
3. “What paperwork do I (The customer) receive back after you are done process serving?”
When the A2B Courier’s service attempts are successful or exhausted for process serving, either a county approved Proof of Service or an A2B Courier Service Attempt log will be scanned over to your provided email. See the used Proof of Service here: |Washington State Proof of Service|
4. “Can you help me make a will?”

5. “What is “LINX” and how do I operate it?
