How It Works

When the Process Server has your paperwork, the A2B server will “attempt” to serve the other party in the case. A2B offers 3 attempts per 1 day of service.

 

What the Attempts look like

Attempt 1: Knocking on doors, Ringing door bells, and/or talking with customer service.

Attempt 2: *Wait 15min* Walk around, talk to neighbors, and/or call customer.

Attempt 3: Wait an additional 15min, go to a different address (If within 10 miles of the first address), and/or call the person being served (If given their phone number).

 

Contactless Process Serving

• Contactless Process Serving is an option for those who have their documents online, and have the capability of emailing it to A2B.
• The A2B courier will print your documents and serve the other party.
• An unsuccessful serve will result in the documents being properly/legally disposed of, or other depending on customer request.
